- This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a request for quotation. This is a total small business set aside: NAICS code 488490 small business size standard is $6.0. There is 1 line item 0001 Remove and Replace Vehicle Scale in Building 933 in accordance with Statement of Work dated 22 Apr 02. Delivery is FOB Destination, Holloman AFB, New Mexico.
