- Description
- NOTICE OF INTENT: The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Durham, North Carolina intends to negotiate a contract with Philips Medical Systems, Inc., 22100 Bothell Everett Hwy, Bothell, WA 98041-3003 for a software support contract to maintain, repari and update the proprietary system software of the Philips Carevue system. No solicitation document will be issued as a result of this synopsis. All interested firms must identify their interest in writing and fully document their capabilities to meet the agency requirements by forwarding a detail response by May 20, 2002 at 4:30pm. All responses must be in writing and can be faxed to 919/286-6819. Please do not submit request for bid package via e-mail. If no affirmative written response is received by May 20, 2002, negotiations will take place with Philips Medical Systems, Inc. See numbered Note 22.
