- Description: See numbered note 26. NSN 2520-21-9-6-4068 -- Propeller Drive Assembly, Marine. The item is being procured in accordance with General Motors of Canada LTD (56161) P/N 10511251. Total quantity required is 8 each going to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. The FOB is destination. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp on its issue date 04-29-02. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. Total quantity required (including option quantity) is 16 each. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This is an unrestricted acquisition. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
