- BOOK - 84,110 copies of book. 100,000 extra copies of Covers only. Book trim size 8-1/2 x 11". Cover 17 x 11" approximately. Approximately 196 pages printing in two colors plus spot varnish of halftone illustrations (applied off-line). Covers print 4-color process plus one additional Pantone color and flood coat varnish also applied off-line. Artwork supplied on electronic storage medium. Perfect bound. Approximately 63,000 copies to mail as single copies or up to 12 copies per destination. Remaining copies bulk ship to multiple destinations. Pre-award survey and press sheet inspection required. Quality Level II printing/finishing. Submit bid request in writing on firms letterhead to the Contracting Office address listed above. Bid specfications will be mailed to requestor.
