- Description
- The United States General Services Administration (GSA) invites industry/academia to comment on the Statement of Work (SOW) and associated documents for the Applied Learning Process. This is a Request for Comment (RFC) and not a solicitation and therefore the Government does not intend to pay for any of the information received in response to this RFC and a formal solicitation may or may not be issued. This RFC contains the following documents: 1. Statement of Work 2. Attachment 1 Applied Learning Process Flow Chart 3. Attachment 2 List of Competencies 4. Attachment 3 Basic Skills List 5. Attachment 4 Evaluation Criteria and Other Pertinent Information 6. Attachment 5 Diagram of GSA Regional Offices 7. Attachment 5a Acquisition Workforce Distribution 8. Attachment 6 To Be Provided GSA requests comments on these documents by May 16, 2002. In addition, GSA plans to hold an Industry Day on May 8, 2002, at the GSA Central Office at 18th & F Street, NW, Washington, DC, 20405, Room 6324. Industry/Academia is invited to attend this forum. Industry/Academia is also encouraged to send in their questions and comments before the May 8th Industry Day. GSA proposes the following schedule: 1. RFC issued: April 19, 2002 2. Industry Day: May 8 3. Comments Received: May 16 4. Formal RFP issued: June 5 5. Contract for Pilot awarded to up to three contractors: August 5 6. Assemble GSA Teams to serve as subject matter experts: August 6
