- NAICS Code: 561621 Card Readers - Equipment and material for the installation of 21 ULTRAK card readers in the telecommunications closets of the ICC building. The contractor, MC Dean, will provide all of the equipment, tools, and materials as described in the MC Dean proposal dated April 1, 2002, to install the card readers. MC Dean is the only local authorized installer of ULTRAK/MDI Integrated Security System card readers and they currently maintain all of the ULTRAK systems throughout the Federal Triangle complex.
