- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation, supplemented with information included in this notice. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses at FAR 52.213-4 Terms and Conditions, and any others that are applicable and in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) and the Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC). It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with all applicable clauses and provisions. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation may be accessed at: http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. No 'hard copy' RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. The government intends to award, on a sole source basis, an order to Wind River Systems for the following items: 1. Tornado 2.0 Solaris/All Performance Pak Options, P/N 170-12710-8C, quantity: 3 each. 2. Tornado Professional Maintenance, P/N 130-14294-NN, quantity 3 each. 3. VxWorks OEM License/Intel Pentium w/one board package, P/N 170-12977-NC. 4. VxWorks OEM License Maintenance, P/N 130-12842-NN. Facsimile quotations may be faxed to (619)553-1062, or emailed to dolanm@spawar.navy.mil. Note 22 applies, however, all responses received within 15 days (in lieu of 45 days) of the date of this advertisement will be considered by the government.. FAR 52.219 Small Business Program Representations is required to be submitted with quote. The applicable NAICS code is 541511; the Size Standard is $18.0m. Central Contractor Registration is required for all vendors doing business with DoD. Information may be found at http://www.ccr.gov/.
