- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation, supplemented with information included in this notice. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses at FAR 52.213-4 Terms and Conditions, and any others that are applicable and in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) and the Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC). It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with all applicable clauses and provisions. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation may be accessed at: http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. No 'hard copy' RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. Award will be made based on responses to this advertisement. While price is a significant factor, award will be made based on responsive, responsible, technically acceptable offers received in response to this advertisement. Competitive responses may be subject to evaluation based on the criteria stipulated in the Navy's Red, Yellow, Green Contractor Evaluation System. The evaluation criteria is available upon request. The government is seeking competitive quotes for the following pharmaceutical items. These items are for use by marine mammals. 1. RIMADYL, 100MG, 60/BT, QTY: 3 BT. 2. THIAMINE, VIT B-1, 50MG, 100ML/BT, QTY: 3 BTL; 3. CASODEX, 50MG, 30TABS/BT, QTY: 5BT; 4. AMOXICILLIN, 500MG, 100CAPS/BT, QTY 10 BT; 5. ALLOPURINOL, 300MG, 500/BT, QTY: 2 BT; 6. CAL-PHO-SOL INJ, 100MG/ML, 100ML/BT, QTY 5 BT; 7. FLUCONAZOLE TABS, 200MG, 100/BX, QTY 4 BX; 8. TRINSICON, 60TABS/CD, QTY: 10 BX; 9. TRIPLE ANTIBIOTIC OINTMENT, 1 OZ, QTY: 30 TU; 10.
