- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, N00259-02 T-0034 is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-06. Clin 0001: Magnitude MRI patient vital signs monitoring system, Multi-lead ECG with Digital Signal Processing filtering of ECG signal for removal of MRI gradient artifact,Pulse Oximetry (SpO2), Non-invasive Blood Pressure (NIBP), End-Tidal CO2 (EtCO2), Dual-channel recorder; graphical and tabular trending, Wireless,bi-directional,2.4 GHz spread spectrum between Magnitude MRI Monitor and Remote Control Display monitor.Requires no installation. Remote Control Display Monitor can be placed in control room/MRI room. All parameters support adult, pediatric, and neonatal applications 8 hr battery, 1 year warranty, parts, and labor. This acquisition incorporates the following FAR clauses: 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS(Oct 95); 52.212-3 OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (Oct 95) must be completed and submitted along with the quote. DFARS 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (MAR 1989); FAR 52.232-36, PAYMENT BY THIRD PARTY (MAY 1999) ; FAR 52.232-33, MANDATORY INFORMATION FOR ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (AUG 1996). FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION- COMMERCIAL ITEMS (1/99). The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Price and Availability shall be used to evaluate offers. This order will be a firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered.
