- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to complete a generic cost comparison pursuant to OMB circular A-76 of all operations at the Centennial Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center, located at Nampa, Idaho. It is anticipated that the solicitation for this purpose will be issued on or about October 1, 2002, with receipt of proposals scheduled for November 1, 2002. This notification is issued for the purpose of identifying anyone interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation.
