- NA US Army Communications ? Electronics Command (CECOM) intends to modify sole source contract DAAB07-01-C-H205 with, Condor Systems, Electronic Systems Division, 996 Flower Glen Street, CA 93065, to increase the quantity of Shortstop Electronic Protection Sy stems (SEPS) to be ordered. The modification will be issued to order eighteen (18) additional SEPS with antenna for the National Guard. The modification will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible S ource. This synopsis is for informational purposes only and for the benefit of potential subcontractors.
