- NA The proposed acquisition will include effort for fabrication, installation and test of an Embedded Global Positioning System Inertial (EGI)/Selective Availability Anti-Spoofing Module (SAASM) test kit on a dual fire control computer (FCC) configured AH-64A aircraft, performance of an analysis on NAVWAR antenna technologies, and developing a plan to incorporate Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) certifiability on AH-64A. This proposed acquisition will be restricted to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Systems, Mesa, AZ, sole manufacturer of the AH-64 helicopter. No technical data package is available.
