- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Hudson Valley Health Care System is seeking Architectural and Engineering Firms to furnish services that include the preparation of plans, design, specifications, cost estimates, contract documents, construction period services, investigation services, site visits and other related activities for a project to Consolidate Outpatient Services in Building 3, at its FDR Campus, Montrose, NY. Specifically the work will facilitate relocating the Podiatry Suite from building 6 to building 3 and the Optometry Suite within building 3. Additionally, several other primary and specialty care clinics will be affected. The project encompasses a broad range of disciplines including but not limited to: architectural, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, asbestos abatement, cost estimating, and interior design. Firms submitting SF 254 & SF 255 are to be physically located within a 50-mile radius of Montrose, NY. Selected firm must be capable of providing final plans and specification both in written and electronic format.
