- Description
- The Los Angeles Job Corps Center is now accepting bids for the following computer equipment. All bids must be either faxed or mailed to the attention of Inez Johnson, 1031 South Hill Street, Los Angeles, CA 90015. Fax #213-746-6984. If you have any technical questions, please fax them in to the attention of Mr. Mozell Payton, at the same fax number. Because of the anticipated high volumn of proposals, no phone calls will be accepted. EIGHTY-TWO (82) COMPAQ DESKPRO COMPUTERS with the following configurations. 256mb 133mhz sdram expandable to 512 mb, 40gb 7200rpm ultra ata100 harddrive, 3.5 1.44mb floppy drive, 16x48 dvd/cd-rom drive, 17" flat screen monitors, compaq, 104+ keyboard, 32mb nvidia agp graphics accelerator, 5-bay mid-tower case, 3 pci and 1 agp. note, NIC must be 3com, (4) usb - 2 front/2 rear, (1) serial port, (1) parallel port, (2) ps/2 video, audio in/out, (1) rj-45 port from integrated intel 10/100, integrated intel 10/100 ethernet adapter, 250mb internal zip drive, microsoft windows 2000 professional, preinstalled, three (3) years warranty, on-site. ONE (1) SERVER, WITH 15" MONITOR. Dell PowerEdge 1550, or 1500 series, with a minimum of dual 2.0 gb cpu, raid 5, 2 gb of memory, windows 2000 professional server edition with any and all current service packs shipped with the purchase, dual harddrive scsi type with minimum size of 120mb each, dvd player, 256 to 512 mb of ram, 3.5 floppy drive, motherboard at 166mgz or faster, 250 zip drive, most advance video card, 3-com nic, vendor may contact Mr. Payton if necessary for specific card.
