- Description
- As part of The Smart Growth Partnership Program, the U.S. Dept. of Commerce/NOAA/NOS intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Information Television Network (iTV) to provide Public Television Sponsorship for iTV's Smart Growth: A Public Television Special. This one-hour documentary will focus on public sector and private sector smart growth issues with particular concern to coastal communities because of the development pressures they face and the sensitivity of coastal resources to the impacts of development. The documentary will be co-hosted and co-written by leading experts in the field of smart growth. The documentary will be an important outreach tool on smart growth issues and will highlight several key issues of importance to NOAA. This is a notice of intent with no solicitation package available. Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. (Reference No. NC0-2-00029)
