- Description
- Work on this project consists of the construction of a new bathhouse at the Clearfork Recreation Area near Crystal Springs, Arkansas on the Womble District of the Ouachita National Forest. This contract includes the construction of the new 1800 square foot building as well as the demolition of an existing building and the installation of all new utiities and site amenities shown on the plans. Contract time is 240 days. Project is located on US Hwy 270 in Garland County, approximately six miles west of Crystal Springs, Arkansas. Estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000.
