- Little River ERFO Road Repairs at road failure projects sites on the North Umpqua Ranger District 20-60 miles east of Roseburg, OR; Work includes excavation, embankment, culvert installation, subdrain construction , riprap work and related road repair activities; Work is limited to the period between May 1 and October 31 with additional limitations of July 16 through September 15 for work in or adjacent to streams with flowing water; The allowable performance period includes two field seasons; This is a Request For Proposals; in addition to price proposals Offerors are required to complete a Questionnaire; Detailed Technical Proposals are not required; Technical proposal elements include past performance history, descriptive site-specific technical approach and equipment capability at a work segment including slide excavation, riprap armoring and sedimentation control; Award evaluation criteria include technical approach, equipment capability, and past performance history in addition to price; Award may be made without discussions; This project may include option items for additional related work; The project magnitude is in the range between $100,000 and $250,000.
