- Solicitation for NSN 1730-01-386-9929, YPG01248001032, Blade, Tiedown Assembly, Norco Inc. (08844), P/N IL-97-3-041. DSCR DOES NOT CURRENTLY HAVE AN APPROVED TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE AVAILABLE FOR THIS NSN. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT REQUEST TO DSCR-VABA. QAP 001 APPLIES. This is a critical application item. Inspection and Acceptance is at destination. Proposed procurement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. Delivery is 128 days ARO. Solicited FOB Destination basis to East Location W25G1U Defense Distribution Depot, DDSP New Cumberland Facility, Building Mission Door 113-134, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001, with an estimated annual quantity of 488 each. This location may also require direct vendor deliveries for an estimated annual quantity of 122 each. Shipments may also be made to West Location W62G2T Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin, 25600 S. Chrisman Road, Receiving Warehouse 10, Tracy, CA 95376-5000, with an estimated annual requirement of 251 each. This location may also require direct vendor deliveries for an estimated annual quantity of 63 each. Unrestricted procurement. This is not considered to be a commercial item. This final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
