- The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR)intends to award an indefinite quantity contract for a base year with estimated annual demands of 520 each and will include provisions for four one-year options with estimated annual demands of 144 each for NSN 1615-01-095-7077, Support, Mount Apun, Note 26 applies, IAW Sikorsky Aircraft DWG 70303-03003, Rev "E" dated 1 May 96 and AMCOM procurement package #70303-03003 Rev "A" dated 18 Sep 89, P/N 70303-03003-102. The solicitation is 100% small business set-aside, Note 1 applies, open and competitive. The intention is award up to two indefinite quantity contracts. There is a contractor first article requirement on this "export control" item. Requested delivery is 90 days. Anticipated solicitation issue date is May 4, 2002.
