- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a contract with Lockheed Martin, Naval Electronics & Surveillance Systems-Undersea Systems (LMC), 9500 Godwin Drive, Manassas, VA to procure one MH-60S Tactical Operational Flight Trainer (TOFT). The procurement will be for one Cockpit Procedures Trainer (CPT) with an option for a visual system to be added to the CPT. LMC is currently the only firm with the technical data required to produce the TOFT, and the only firm capable of providing the TOFT within the required delivery timeframe. See Note 22.
