- This notice is a combined synopsis and quotation. The U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center has a requirement to procure 110? Exhaust Valves, 18? Services of a commercial contractor to Fabricate 110? Exhaust Valve components by the use of EDM, WATER JET, or LASER METHODS. IAW CG DWGS PROVIDED UPON REQUEST from Ray Dix or Brett Jaeger 410-636-3457: IN ADDITION WE WISH TO PURCHASE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS 1. 16 EA. Upper Companion Pipe Flange: DWG 110c WPB 259-003 REV D, PC A, 24? OD X 18? ID X ?? thick, in lieu of 5/8? thick. Flange to have 24 @ 5/8? DIA. 2. 16 EA. Lower companion pipe flange DWG 110c WPB 259-003 REV D, PC D, PC B, 24? OD X 20? ID X ?? Thick in lieu of 5/8? Thick. Flange to have 24 @ 5/8? DIA. Item 1 & 2 must have Boltholes evenly spaced on a 22? Bolt circle, flange to be manufactured from 316L SST IAW ASTM A240 & Detail 8A in Drawing. 3. 16 EA. Upper Flange: DWG 110c WPB 259-003 REV D, PC 1, 24? OD X 18? ID X ?? Thick in lieu of 5/8? thick, Flange to have 24 @ 5/8? DIA, 4. 16 EA Lower Flange: DWG 110c WPB 259-003 REV D, PC 2, 24? OD X 20? ID X ?? thick in lieu of 5/8? thick. Flange to have 24 @ 5/8? DIA. Items 3 & 4 above must have Bolt holes evenly spaced on a 22? Bolt circle, Manufactured from 316L SST IAW ASTM A240 & Detail 8A 5 16 EA Packing Gland Flange: to be Manufactured IAW Drawing 110c WPB 259-003 REV D, PC 34, Detail 17B, contractor to MFR component as well as drill & tap holes. Component to be manufactured from 316L SST, ASTM A240: 6. 16 EA. Packing Pusher: to be Manufactured IAW Drawing 110c WPB 259-003 REV D, PC 36, Detail 19A. Contractor to manufacture pusher & drill bolt holes & bore as required. Packing Pusher to be manufactured from 316L SST, ASTM A269. 7. 16 EA. Handle, Flap Lever: Handle to be Manufactured IAW Drawing 110c WPB 259-003 REV D, PC 42, detail 21C. Contractor to Manufacture handle & drill holes as required. Handle to be manufactured from Steel ASTM A36. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by this agency. First Article Inspection/Approval and Quality Assurance Inspection shall be required for each item. Sources capable of manufacturing/casting these items shall submit a facsimile Quotation. Quotes submitted by email will not be excepted.
