- Description
- There are two parts to this project. Part A - work involves excavating, filling, reestablishing wetland vegetation, improving access roads, constructing earth dikes and removing structures. Major items of work are: Mobilization/Demobilization, l LS; Structure Removal, l LS; Excavation of Main Channel - 1,100 LF, West Ditch - 4,235 LF, Lateral #1 - 3,260 LF, Lateral #2 - 4,030 LF, Central Access Road - 4,650 and South Berm - 2,540 LF; Earthfill of Main Channel - 3,800 LF, West Ditch Repair - 30 LF, West-East Drainage - 5,520 LF, East Access Road Improvement - 4,000 LF; Vegetative Cover - 1 LS; Dike South Berm Extension - 1,100 LF; and Pollution Control - 1 LS. Part B - work involves installation of five (5) water measurement weirs with gauging station. Major items of work are: Installation of weirs and gauging stations at 5 sites - l LS, and Pollution Control - l LS. Performance time for Part A is 120 calendar days and Part B is 20 calendar days. Estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation will be available for viewing and/or downloading from website, www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about May 6, 2002.
