- Description
- Construct 2-unit chemical toilet restroom buildings at three locations in Rabun County, GA. Each restroom will house two Jet-o-matic (or equal) chemical recirculating toilets. Building is 14' x 10'8", concrete split-rib block construction, with standing seam metal roof. Project includes installation of small concrete pavement parking areas near each restroom, building a retaining wall at one site, and demolition and removal of old toilets and septic tanks. Total estimated cost is less than $150,000. This is being issued as a negotiated procurement. In addition to price, evaluation criteria are 1) past performance including timeliness and management of subcontractors, 2) quality of work, and 3) experience. Eligible HUBZone certified firms may request solicitation documents from the contracting office.
