- Shore, Damage Control, Adjustable I/A/W SPEC NR MIL-S-23965, NSN 2090-00-052-1581, YPC02050000750. Quantities to be delivered within 200 days after date of award. Qty of 38 ea. to Norfolk VA , 135 ea. to Stockton CA, and 56 ea. to New Cumberland PA. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes 9,12 and 26. This solicitation will be available on its issue date of May 8, 2002 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. Availability of drawings. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
