- The U. S. Postal Service is soliciting contractors to achieve Shared Energy Savings for Post Offices in California. Two contracts will be awarded from this solicitation. One for Post Offices in Northern California and one for Post Offices in Southern California. All interested in submitting a proposal will be charged a $25.00 fee.
