- This proposed solicitation is for commercial items. The service that's needed is for a database file from one computer punch cards. A copy of the solicitation can be obtained by emailing the contracting officer at gwalker@usgs.gov. Please provide a fax number or a complete mailing address. All vendors who can meet this requirement, and have a valid Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), are invited to provide quotes by fax to (703) 648-7367. THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE MADE UNDER THE TEST PROGRAM FOR CERTAIN COMMERCIAL ITEMS, FAR PART 13.5. NAICS code for this acquisition is 541511. Quotes are due by (3:00 PM EST.) (APRIL 29, 2002). The provisions at 1452.212-05 DEV, 52.212-04 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items as they appear in the RFQ apply to this acquisition.
