- Description
- The Department of the Interior, National Business Center intends to award a firm fixed price contract for chiller maintenance and repair. The Contractor will provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to perform inspection and preventive maintenance on five (5) centrifugal refrigeration machines and related controls located in the Main Interior Building and on two (2) centrifugal refrigeration machines and related controls located in the South Interior Building in Washington, D.C. The contemplated contract will be a 12 month base year contract with four (4) one-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued no later than May 31, 2002. A walk-through will be conducted approximately two weeks following issuance of the solicitation, specific date to be announced. It is anticipated that this procurement will be a total small business set-aside. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal that will be considered by the Agency. Telephone requests for the solicitation will not be considered.
