- NA The Directorate of Contracting, U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii intends to procure on an unrestricted basis all necessary equipment, inspection, labor, management, material, supervision, supplies, tools, transportation and other incidental services to provide al l operations, collection and disposal of refuse generated from Family Housing areas. Areas include Schofield Barracks, SB , 3394 units, Mendonca Park, MP , 100 units, 9000 Area 152 units, Helemano Military Reservation, HMR , 888 units, Wheeler Army Airfie ld, WAAF , 658 units, Fort Shafter, FS , 559 units, Tripler Army Medical Center, TAMC , 216 units and Aliamanu Military Reservation , AMR ,1988 units. The period of performance is from 01 October 2002 through 30 September 2003 with the first option period of 5 months and the second at 6 months. The current contractor is Horizon Waste Services of Hawaii 91 310 Hanua Street Kapolei HI 96707. The current contract price is $1,347,194.28. This procurement is unrestricted. NAICS 562111 Solid Waste Collecti on. Issue date is on or about 01 May 02. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 24 May 02. Telephone requests will not be honored.
