Description: NA Base company criteria for this product line includes but is not limited to the following: must carry a full line of crutches & canes. The vendor must provide the product line and customer support in the form of a sales representative for each MTF with TR ICARE Region 11. They must provide government pricing and provide clinical support, utilization reports, return goods policy and volume discounts. They must provide electronic and hard-copy of proposed pricing and competitive product cross-reference. Ba se product criteria for this product line includes but is not limited to the following: Wooden and metal crutches/canes; adult, toddler and pediatric crutches/canes, adjustable handle with safety clip-lock and push-button adjusted footpiece, rubber access ories, and latex free material. If your company currently holds a Distribution and Pricing Agreement (DAPA) for crutches/canes, your company is eligible to participate in the standardization process.
