NA COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITAION. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the onl y solicitation a written solicitation will not be issued. Alternate items will not be considered. There is no solicitation number, for reference use PR Number DASC012091N204, is provided for identification purposes only. This is a 100% set-aside for sm all business, NAICS Code 511210, Small Business Size Standard is $21 million. Headquarters, US Army Intelligence & Security Command, Fort Belvoir, VA is soliciting for an enterprise-wide (site) license for e-Work software as follows: CLIN 0001 ?e-Work 5.x Client license PN: MSC-eV5 Quantity- 9,875 client licenses,, CLIN 0002-e-Work 5.x Server License PN: MSV-eV5 Quantity 16 e-work server licenses, CLIN 0003 e-mail client Integration PN: MSGCO-eV5, Quantity-9,875, CLIN 0004 ?e-Work annual maintenance on all CLINS 0001, 0002, 0003, and 0005, CLIN 0005-e-Work Public Web Access, PN: MSPWA-eV5, Quantity -1,CLIN 0006 ?e-Work V5 Consulting Services PN: MSCONS-eV5 Quantity- 100 hours. The site license will allow the organization to deploy client licenses across m ultiple networks, as many e-work engines (servers), email clients, and e-work process designers necessary to support the enterprise as well as deploy the public web key on any or all e-work servers. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and c lauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-04.
