- NA Provide all materials, personnel, equipment, management, supervision and all other items and services necessary and perform the Fort Polk solid waste collection from housing and cantonment areas and a consolidated collection point; reduction of the solid w aste from the waste stream, and the disposal of solid waste in a landfill. A firm fixed price requirements contracts is contemplated. Base contract period will be 1 Oct 02 to 31 Mar 02 with 4 one-year option periods. There will be a 30-day phase-in peri od commencing 1 Sep 02. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for 22 May 02. The solicitation will be made available for download on or about 1 May 02 from web site www.jrtc-polk.army.mil/doc. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered.
