- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are bei ng requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number DAKF23-02-Q-0044, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15, NAICS 333922. Small Business size 500 employees. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business, prices shall be F.O.B. Destination, Fort Campbell, KY, and project shall be completed NLT 90 calendar days after receipt of contract. Requirement is to furnish and install a Ball Transfer Pallet System to maneuver ammunition 463-L pallets in six (6) ammunition bunkers, Buildings 8023, 8025, 8026, 8027, 8028 and 8045. The system shall be installed on each of the concrete floors of the bunkers. The bunkers dimensions are 25 feet x 80 feet and rectangular shape. The installation shall be performed in a manner that the floor will be level for the ball transfer unit. Wage Determination Number 94-2187 Rev 16 dated 05/31/2001 will be provided upon request. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offeror ? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and any addenda to the provisions. The Government will make a single award, contract is firm fixed price. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items, must be submitted with offers. The provision at FAR 52.21 4-21 ? Descriptive Literature, applies to this acquisition and shall be provided with offers. Clause at FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items will be provided in full text to the successful bidder at time of award. Clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. DFARS 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Ac quisitions of Commercial Items. Award will be made to only one offeror but may only award one or more line items but reserves the right to award additional line items by modification up to 180 days from date of award.
