- NA This is a Notice of Intent to advertise the DDC system associated with an upcoming construction project for the U.S. Army Reserve Center located in Ft. Carson, CO, as a Sole Source Item. This is being done in order to insure full compatibility to the Will iams Electric Company, Inc. software and hardware currently utilized as the standard EMCS system at Ft. Carson. Other systems communication protocol are unable to communicate with the existing control system for a seamless interface. A solicitation for t his sole source item is not available and requests of that nature will not be considered as an alternative source. Responses regarding this notice are required no later than 01 May 2002 and may be sent by fax to Debbie Lardner on 502-315-6193.
