Description

NA The US Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center/Natick intends to conduct negotiations with and award a contract to L. J. Engineering, Inc. 18192 Gothard St, Huntington Beach, CA 92648 on a noncompetitive basis for the purchase of 1500 each Power Cable Assemb lies, with an Option CLIN for an additional 1500 each Power Cable Assemblies, Natick CAGEC 81337, Natick Drawing No. 11-1-6906-3; NSN: 6150-01-390-4711. All deliveries will be F.O.B. Destination with shipment to XU Transportation Officer, DDSP New Cumber land Facility, Building Mission Door 113 134, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Deliveries of shipments will be due 90 days after award of contract and 90 days after exercise of Option. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 33251 0; the size standard is 500 employees. This notification should not be misconstrued as a request for proposal. The U.S. Army?s requirement is for the Automatic Ripcord Release (AR2), which is a safety critical device. Questions maybe addressed to H.
