Description

NA Pre-solicitation notice and solicitation synopsis for Construction: work includes all labor, equipment, and materials required to perform the repair and paving of the parking lots at Bldgs. 18, 230, and 333, located at Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA. Completion is sixty (60) days after issue of Notice to Proceed. Estimated range is $250,000 - $500,000. DAAB17-02-B-0007 applies. Approximate issue/open dates are 02 MAY 02/02 JUN 02. The solicitation is unrestricted. NAICS is 234110, criteria $27,500,000. The solicitation, inclusive of specs, drawings, any attachments, and amendments, will be issued electronically only. No paper or disc will be available. Issue is in accordance with FAR 4.502, 5.102(d), and 14.205-1(a). Sources seeking an electronic copy may download it on or after issue at: https://abop.monmouth.army.mil. Tobyhanna Army Depot solicitations may be viewed at that site under the agency (CECOM) and Business opportunities by Contracting Office, Bednar, Joyce K. It is incumbent upon any interes ted source to periodically check the internet site to obtain any amendments. Failure to obtain amendments and/or acknowledgment amendments by the time set for bid opening may result in rejection of bid. Due to the use of electronic solicitation, the Govern ment is unable to maintain a bidders mailing list and none will be available for this action. When the solicitation is issued and sources view the solicitation, they are encouraged to register as Potential Sources. Bidders are further notified that BIDS M UST BE SUBMITTED IN HARD COPY ONLY; ELECTRONIC BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
