Description

NA 17. PRON: AX2C0205AX, NSN: 1650-01-131-3202, PN: 145HS143-2, Quantity 59 each min./ 339 each max., this will be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement, applicable to the CHINOOK. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX, and New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 59 each 360 DACA. This item is restricted to Fluid Regulators Corp., 313 Gillette Street, Painesville, OH 44077-2918, Eaton Aerospace L.L.C., 4690 Colorado Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90039 and The Boeing Company, Boeing Helicopter, Route 291 & Stewart Ave., Ridley Park, PA 19078-1099. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date o f release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.a rmy.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This Acquisition Contains Technical Data whose export is restricted by The Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or The Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive order 121470.
