- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are be ing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DAHA06-02-Q-0008 and is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Ac quisition Circular 97-27. This proposed contract is unrestricted. The Connecticut Army National Guard, AVCRAD Facility has the requirement for 2 Hydraulic Power Carts. The government considers Hydraulic Power Cart part # 05-7022-1210 manufactured by Tro nair or equal to meet the minimum needs of the government. The following Tronair options are also to be included within the base model: Option #6 Dual System; Option #7 Pyrometer; Option #8 Hourmeter; Option #14 Dual System Crossover; Option #81 220/230v ac 3ph 60; Option #21 50ft hose; and Coupling Kit P/N:KHC-1004. All equipment must be new and conform to all applicable standards and specifications. The Acquisition will be FOB Destination with delivery and acceptance point at Connecticut AVCRAD, 139 To wer Ave, Groton New-London Airport, Groton Connecticut 06340-5300. Delivery date shall be within 60 days of receipt of order. Award will be based on price of the base model with options. The provisions of FAR 52.212-3, Oferror Representations, applies t o this RFQ. A completed and signed copy of this provision shall be submitted with all offers.
