- This Amendment does not change the proposal due date established in the original announcement. CLARIFICATIONS to Section D: Basis for Award. In Paragraph 2, the basic ID/IQ contract is of greater importance than all of the Delivery Orders, and the Delivery Orders are of equal importance. There is not a paragraph 4.
