- PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE, 4 INCHES, NAVAL BRONZE MAIN VALVE, MONEL TRIM 150 FLANGE, NAVAL BRONZE PILOT WITH MONEL TRIM, AND 316 SST TUBE FITTINGS, STOCK NO. 20247802D, MODEL NO. 650-64BDVMBTB150FG, QUANTITY 8 EACH. (Note: Substitute part numbers are NOT acceptable). Delivery shall be FOB Destination to U. S. Coast Guard, Engineering Logistics Center, Receiving Room, Bldg. 86, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226. NOTE: NO DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS OR SCHEMATICS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THIS AGENCY. It is anticipated that a non-competitive sole source purchase order will be issued for these items to: CLA-VAL, 1451 Belle Haven Road, Suite #320, Alexandria, VA 22307. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotation shall include, proposed delivery in days, the company Tax Information Number and DUNS Number. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 332911 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2001-06. The following FAR clauses apply to this solicitation.
