- This is Amendment 002. The solicitation for Underwater Inspection & Engineering Services, paragraph 1.05 states, "...a dive team which as a minimum, is comprised of three experienced divers, each having a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited university,...". A degree in "Ocean Engineering" is also acceptable. Submit SF-254s and SF-255s by May 15, 2002(changed from May 8, 2002), to James Cooper, Contracting Officer, USCG, CEU Oakland, 2000 Embarcadero, Suite 200, Oakland, CA 94606.
