- Description
- Job Corps provides career training, education and job placement for individuals 16 to 24 years of age. Job Corps is currently in the process of placing Spanish language radio advertisements. The advertisement will be used to inform and educate prospective students about the Sierra Nevada Job Corps Center. Specifically, Job Corps is seeking an entity that can provide it with sixty- second spots to run 4 to 6 times a day, approximately 32 commercials a week for 30 weeks. Ideally, the ads would run during the following days and times: 5 commercials, on each Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, between the hours of 6:00pm and 10:00pm; 4 commercials, on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, between the hours of 6:00pm and 2:00am; and 5 commercials on Sunday, between the hours of 12:00pm and 10:00pm. The advertisements will air on a Spanish language radio station and the target audience consists of males and females, aged 16 to 24 year old from the areas of Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Fernley, Silver Springs and Virginia City. Proposals are due on or before May 15, 2002. Requests for a formal RFP should be directed to the point of contact and must be in writing or via e-mail (preferably e-mail).
