- ARG01347054625, 6840-00-811-4601, IAW VOL STD SAE/AMS 1476B, Deodorant, Aircraft Lavatory, Powder Form. Each packet shall contain 8.0 GMS NET WT. Unit qty is one hundred packets in a box. This is a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Contract period will be one base year, plus four option years. Annual estimated quantity is 1,656. Surge requirement applies. Please submit surge plan with formal proposal. Total surge quantity for six month forcast is 1,368. See numbered notes 1. Final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. THIS IS THE SECOND MODIFICATION TO SOLICITATION SPO450-02-R-3064. THE SOLICITATION WILL ISSUE ON APRIL 29, 2002 WITH A CLOSING DATE OF MAY 20, 2002.
