- NSN: 8415-01-012-9294(s), Sizes: 7 - 11, Quantity: 201,837 PR Gloves, Chemical and Oil Protective. Shall be in accordance with MIL-G-87066 dated, September 22, 1988. Quantity: 201,837 pairs, base year plus two 100% options. 12 deliveries starting 195 days after date of award to New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA Depots. FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted and will utilize the Best Value method of source selection. Technical proposals submitted are required to include Product Demonstration Models (PDMs), Experience/Past Performance, Socioeconomic Proposal, DLA Mentoring Agreement, and JWOD Entity Act. Product Demonstration Model Requirement: 6 pairs of size 9 gloves. All materials used in the fabrication are to be furnished by the successful bidder. All contractors MUST be registered in the CCR in order to be eligible for award. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(a)(7) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
