- This announcement is for the procurement of part-numbers items and competitive items(with AMSC of "G")manufactured primarily by Pall Aeropower(18350). The NSNs and part numbers are available for download via the internet at http://www.dscc.dla.mil/programs/corporate_contracts/cc.asp. Companies interested in offering on the listed NSN, an item other than a Pall Aeropower item, please contact Esther Hayden at 614-692-4727. No RFP will be issued as it is the intention of the Government to add these NSNs to an existing contract. Evaluation will be based on an NSN by NSN basis. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s): 12 and 26. Availability of drawings. It is impracticable to distribute the applicable drawings with the solicitation. The applicable drawings are available at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rgp. If the drawings are not posted at this web site, see Clause L07-Availability of Drawings for information on how to obtain the drawings. FEDERAL,MILITARY and COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. For items with AMSC of "G" three to this package. 4330000646638 and 4330001913092. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. (For items with AMSC of A,C,D,H,L, P and R. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years)shall not exceed 2 years. This proposed porcurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class:1430,2590,2910,2915,2940,2945,3040,4030,4320,4330,4440,4710,4730, 4810,4820,5825,5930,5950 and 6625. This acquisition is for supplues for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c((1). Approved sources are listed on the aforementioned web site. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
