- The work shall consist of, but not limited to, providing all labor, materials, transportation and performing all work necessary for Improvements to Military Family Housing, 108 units, 8 Bldgs. (4-plex ), Beeson Avenue Family Housing and 19 Bldgs. (4-plex), Sebille Manor Housing Area, Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with the contract specifications and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. AWARDS CAN ONLY BE MADE TO FIRMS LICENSED AND AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS ARE INVITED TO DOWNLOAD INFORMATION CONCERING THIS PROJECT. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-APR-2002).
