- Description
- Solicitation Notice: Provide all work necessary to complete the construction of a laboratory/administration building (approximately 17,000 square feet). The work shall include, but not be limited to, all site work, landscaping, paving, irrigation and drainage systems, repair of existing access roads and removal of two existing office buildings, including asbestos abatement. Construction of main building shall include removal of existing soil and replacement with specified structural fill, concrete grade beams and slabs, concrete basement, structural steel framing, metal stud constructions, wood stud constructions, pre-engineered wood trusses, wood roof deck, exterior milled wood siding, flat seam metal wall cladding, and a metal roof system.
