- Description
- NA Requirements-Type contract for the repair/replacement of roofs in Family Housing Areas, Fort Knox, Kentucky, during the period 1 August 2002 through 31 July 2003, with one one-year option period. Work consists of, but is not limited to, repair/ replacement of elastomeric roofing, built-up roofing, shingle roofing, and clay and slate roofing. The estimated amount of this requirement is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. This solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 20 May 2002 with bid being due on or about 26 June 2002. These dates are estimates only and are subject to change. A limited number of bid packages will be available and will be issued on a first come, first serve basis. Contractors will be limite d to one copy of the bid package. Interested parties must submit a written request for a bid package. Requests may be faxed to 502-624-7165 or 624-5869 and must contain a complete mailing address. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Bid packages w ill not be faxed; faxed bids will not be accepted. Please do not submit any correspondence via email.
