- NA This acquisition is for 12 Each of Delay Line, NSN: 5999-00-937-9208, Drawing Number SM-D-601271-2, Part of the AN/PPS-5A/B. Delivery will be to Tobyhanna Army Depot. Drawings are available on CD ROM and should be requested via email or fax directly t o the Contract Specialist. No Option available. This acquisition is Set Aside 100% to HubZone Businesses. Previous Procurement History is available, and will be provided in the solicitation. The U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) has established the Interactive Interagency Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) web site to allow electronic transmittal of Requests for Quotes (RFQs), Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Sealed Bids, from CECOM to Industry.
