- NA Aviation Maintenance and Overhaul/Repair of Blade, Rotary Wing, Input/Output NSN: 1615-01-137-8137, Input/Output P/N 206-011-250-113 in support of the OH-58A/C Aircraft. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price, 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefi nite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for a minimum quantity of 125 each, maximum quantity of 625 each. Technical data is not currently available to support a fully competitive solicitation. This requirement is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron (BHTI), Inc., Hurst, TX (Cage 97499), International Aviation Composite (IAC, Fort Worth, TX (Cage 1BHR6), and Composite Technology, Inc. (CTI), Grand Prairie, TX (Cage 7U295). These sources have been determined to have the necessary equipment capability and skil ls to perform the maintenance/overhaul efforts. Approved sources are required to meet certain standards for quality and maintain a level of engineering expertise to overhaul the part. Due to inadequate technical data, this requirement is limited to the a pproved sources. Parts used shall either be manufacturer?s original or from an approved, qualified and tested vendor. This requirement is restricted to the above sources based on technical qualifications. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award w ill be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release date of the solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
