- Description
- The work consists of the contractor furnishing all labor, material, equipment, supervision, work and facilities necessary to perform all operations, in strict accordance with specifications and applicable drawings. The scope of work for this project includes the removal of the existing polyurethane foam spray-applied insulation and elastomeric coating roofing, and the installation of a standing seam metal roofing system on Building 110 at Clear AFS, Alaska. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 235610 with a size standard of $11.5 million. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $500,000.00. This acquisition is being solicited under full and open competition conditions. THIS SOLICITATION IS PAPERLESS AND WILL BE AVAILABLE VIA CD-ROM. AMENDMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED ON THE INTERNET ONLY. Award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract and the total performance period is 120 calendar days. **NOTE: All contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) program in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity. Contractors may access the Internet site at: http://www.ccr.edi.disa.mil to register and/or obtain information about the CCR program.** The solicitation will be available on or about 1 May 02.
